Wholesale Policy

Minimum Order Quantity

We require a minimum order quantity of 10 devices per order to qualify for wholesale pricing. Devices may be mixed (including different models, grades, and product categories of used Apple products) and all count toward the total. There is no requirement to purchase identical models.

Wholesale pricing is calculated based on the total order volume. Devices are sold as units only, without any accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, etc.). Accessories may be purchased separately upon request.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing follows a tiered structure based on the total quantity ordered — the larger the total order volume, the lower the unit price. For a detailed quote, please contact our wholesale customer service team. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or other applicable taxes, all of which will be clearly listed at checkout.

Product Grading

Wholesale products are classified into the following grades based on physical and functional condition: Grade A (no visible scratches or wear, fully functional); Grade B (minor signs of use, fully functional); Grade C (visible scratches or wear, fully functional); Grade D / Parts Unit (functionally incomplete, for parts or repair use only). Each device undergoes functionality testing, and a test report is provided.

Ordering Process

Submit a wholesale inquiry by contacting us at support@oncephone.com or through the online chat on our website, specifying your requirements and estimated quantity; receive a quote — our wholesale team will respond within 24 hours with a detailed quotation and product availability; confirm the order — once you confirm the quote, we will generate a wholesale order for you; complete payment — pay the order amount; shipping — orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Payment Methods

Wholesale orders accept Bank Wire Transfer, PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), WeChat Pay, and Alipay.

Shipping and Logistics

Wholesale orders are shipped via international express carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS with full tracking services. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. International wholesale orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

All wholesale devices come with a 12-month warranty covering hardware failures under normal use. The warranty does not cover: damage caused by user mishandling (drops, liquid damage, etc.); unauthorized repairs or modifications; failures caused by the use of non-genuine accessories; normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, paint wear, etc.). For warranty-covered repairs or replacements, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For non-warranty repairs, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs.

Returns and Exchanges

Wholesale orders are eligible for return requests on defective products within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must remain in their original condition, without any repairs or modifications. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from customer service prior to return. For non-quality-related returns, requests must be made within 7 days of receipt; the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
