Drop Shipping
What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a fulfillment model that allows you to sell products without holding inventory. Instead of stocking products in a warehouse, you partner with a supplier who stores, packs, and ships orders directly to your customers.
When a customer places an order in your store, the order is automatically forwarded to our supplier, who then ships the product directly to the customer's doorstep. This model enables you to start and run an e-commerce business with minimal upfront costs and zero inventory risk.
How It Works
Product Selection & Listing – You can freely choose from our supplier catalog of used Apple products to list in your store. Product information (including images, descriptions, and specifications) can be used as-is or customized to suit your brand.
Order Processing – Once a customer places an order, it is automatically synced to the supplier's system. The supplier is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping the order. You do not need to handle fulfillment manually.
Pricing Strategy – You set your own retail prices and earn the difference between your selling price and the supplier's wholesale cost. We recommend factoring in shipping costs and marketing expenses when setting your pricing strategy.
Supplier Responsibilities
Our partner suppliers are committed to: shipping orders within the promised timeframe; ensuring products match their descriptions and meet relevant safety standards; providing product certifications and compliance documentation required for the destination country; and taking responsibility for after-sales requests arising from product quality issues.
Your Responsibilities
Product Compliance – You are responsible for ensuring that the products you sell comply with the laws and regulations of your target markets, including product safety standards, labeling requirements, and certification obligations.
Returns and Exchanges – You must establish and publish a clear return and exchange policy. When customers initiate after-sales requests, you act as the first point of contact and coordinate with the supplier to resolve issues.
Marketing and Promotion – You are responsible for driving traffic and promoting your store, including social media operations, search engine optimization, and other advertising efforts.
Customer Service – You must respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests to maintain your store's reputation and customer satisfaction.
Important Notes
Intellectual Property – Before listing products, ensure that you do not infringe on any third-party trademarks, patents, or copyrights. Do not use other brands' names or logos without authorization for promotional purposes.
Tax Compliance – You are responsible for understanding and complying with the tax regulations of your target markets, including but not limited to VAT, sales tax, and customs duties declaration and payment.
Transparency – Clearly disclose shipping times, shipping costs, customs duties, and any other potential fees in your store to avoid customers facing unexpected charges upon delivery.
