Products and Descriptions

We sell pre-owned Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, and accessories). All products are tested and graded before listing. Descriptions and images are for reference only; actual condition may vary slightly due to the nature of pre-owned goods.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the Site and subject to change. Taxes, shipping, and customs duties are not included unless stated. Full payment must be received before order processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.

Device Grading and Condition

All devices are graded based on physical and functional condition. Grading categories are described on our Site. Slight variations may occur. Defective devices upon arrival are covered under our warranty policy.

Warranty Policy

All products come with a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers hardware malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
