30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at oncephone.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your used Apple product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to all used iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories purchased through our website.
Return Conditions
To ensure the quality of resale, returned items must meet the following conditions: the item must remain in its original condition upon receipt, without noticeable signs of use, scratches, or wear; the item must include all original accessories and packaging (including charger, cable, manual, etc.); the item must not have been repaired, disassembled, or flashed by unauthorized parties (any unauthorized repair will void warranty and return eligibility); all authorized returns must have all locks cleared (such as iCloud, Google, Find My iPhone, etc.) before return. If the device remains linked to an Apple ID or Google account, we will be unable to process the refund and may return the device to the original shipping address; the device must be removed from the user's Apple ID and Find My iPhone; screen protectors and cases (if any) should be removed prior to return unless the product itself is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: final sale/clearance items; items damaged due to improper use (such as liquid damage, cracked screen, physical damage, jailbreaking, or unauthorized modifications); devices with an activated Apple ID lock that cannot be unlocked; items returned beyond the 30-day return period; items missing necessary accessories or original packaging; items not purchased on this site (a platform order number is required); digital products or software licenses that have been marked as used.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account and locate the order you wish to return in the order page; click "Request Return" and follow the instructions to provide the reason for return and quantity; you may also reply directly to your order confirmation email to let us know which products you wish to return; we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label; send the item back with all accessories, using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Return Shipping Costs
For quality issues or incorrect items sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs (up to standard shipping rates). For non-quality-related returns (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
Refund Processing Time
We will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Actual receipt timing depends on your bank or payment platform processing speed: credit/debit cards typically take 3 to 5 business days, WeChat Pay/Alipay typically take 1 to 3 business days, and PayPal typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the actual price paid for the item, excluding original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error), customs duties and import fees (if applicable), and any discounts or coupon deductions (refund will be based on the actual amount paid).
Exchanges
If an exchange is required due to a quality issue, we will ship a replacement item after receiving and verifying the returned product. No additional shipping fees will be charged for exchanges.
Exceptions
Discounted items or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange; customs duties on international returns are non-refundable; devices that have been unauthorized repaired or flashed will void return and warranty eligibility; return periods for orders placed during holiday promotions may be extended (subject to specific promotion terms).
Return Address
After your return is authorized, we will provide you with the specific return address. Different products may correspond to different return warehouses, so please be sure to use the address label we provide.
