Are your products brand new or used?
All our products are professionally inspected and cleaned used Apple devices. Each device is classified into different grades, and we provide detailed descriptions of its physical and functional condition on the product page to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.
How do you ensure product quality?
Every device undergoes a comprehensive inspection by professional technicians upon arrival, including screen, camera, speaker, microphone, buttons, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, battery health, and other functional tests. We only sell fully functional devices and provide a 12-month warranty.
What is the battery health of your products?
We guarantee that all devices we sell have a battery health of at least 80%. For devices with battery health below 80%, we replace the battery before listing. Specific battery health information is available on the product page.
What is a carrier-locked device?
A carrier-locked device is one that is restricted to a specific carrier's network. All devices we sell are unlocked and compatible with most GSM network operators worldwide. Please confirm with your local carrier before purchasing.
Do you offer SIM card slot modification services?
Yes. We offer manual modification services to convert devices to physical SIM card slots. When placing your order, you can choose from the following options based on your needs: convert to a physical SIM slot (single SIM); retain eSIM (for eSIM‑only devices); or support both one physical SIM and one eSIM simultaneously (dual SIM dual standby). If you require modification, please let us know when placing your order, and we will complete the modification before shipment.
Does modification affect returns?
Modification is a customized service. Once a device has been modified, its internal structure has been altered, and therefore it is not eligible for unconditional returns. If the device has a quality issue unrelated to the modification, we will still provide free repair or replacement under our warranty policy, but returns are not accepted. If you insist on returning a modified device, the modification fee and depreciation costs will be deducted from your refund, with the exact amount subject to our evaluation. We recommend confirming your need for modification before placing your order to avoid unnecessary losses.
Are accessories included with the device?
Devices are sold as standalone units without accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, etc.). If you need accessories, please contact our customer service team before purchasing.
About Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
Select the product you need, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping information, and complete payment using your preferred method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
In what currency are prices displayed?
All product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay in a currency other than USD, your issuing bank or payment provider will apply currency conversion at their exchange rate and may charge a cross-border transaction fee.
About Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
What shipping options are available?
Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery in 7 to 15 business days, shipped via standard courier, tracking not available.
Express Shipping (Paid): Estimated delivery in 5 to 10 business days, shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, with full tracking.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship from our Hong Kong warehouse to selected countries and regions worldwide. Please check the checkout page to see if your country or region is within our shipping range.
Do I need to pay customs duties and import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to control or predict these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
About Warranty and After-Sales
How long is the warranty period?
We provide a 12-month warranty for all devices, starting from the date you receive the item. The warranty covers hardware failures under normal use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover: user‑induced damage (drops, liquid damage, crushing, etc.); unauthorized third‑party repairs, disassembly, or modifications; failures caused by non‑genuine accessories; software issues caused by jailbreaking, flashing, or installing unofficial operating systems; and normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, paint wear, etc.).
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, device model, and a description of the issue (photos or videos will help us process your claim faster). We will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.
About Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must remain in their original condition and have all locks removed (such as iCloud and Find My iPhone). For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Actual receipt timing depends on your bank or payment platform's processing speed.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
The minimum order quantity for wholesale is 10 devices per order, with the option to mix different models and grades.
How are wholesale prices calculated?
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on total order volume — the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. For a detailed quote, please contact our wholesale customer service team.
Do wholesale devices come with warranty?
