Warranty Policy
12-Month Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty for all used Apple products purchased at ONCEPHONE, starting from the date you receive your item. If the device experiences hardware failure under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement (subject to our inspection results).
This warranty covers used iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple accessories. We are committed to ensuring that every used device functions properly upon delivery and provide reliable after-sales support throughout the warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the following hardware failures: device fails to power on or boot up; battery fails to charge properly or battery life is significantly below normal (confirmed by inspection to be below 80% health); screen displays abnormalities such as lines, flickering, or touch failure not caused by user damage; main functional components including camera, speaker, and microphone fail without user damage; connection functions such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and charging port fail without user damage.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered by this warranty: physical damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, or crushing (including cracked screen, deformation, or breakage); internal corrosion or short circuits caused by liquid damage or moisture; device failure caused by the use of non-genuine or incompatible accessories (such as chargers or cables); any damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs, disassembly, or modifications; software or system issues caused by jailbreaking, flashing, or installing unofficial operating system versions; normal battery aging due to everyday use (battery health above 80% is considered normal); damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, earthquakes, or lightning strikes; normal wear and tear on exterior surfaces (including minor scratches, scuffs, and paint wear on buttons, bezels, and housing) is not covered under warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your device experiences an issue during the warranty period, please follow these steps: contact our customer service team via support@oncephone.com or the online chat on our website; provide your order number, device model, and a description of the issue (including photos or videos will help us process your claim more quickly); our team will review and respond to your claim within 24 hours, advising whether the device needs to be returned for inspection; if return is required, please send the device to the address provided, including your order number and issue description inside the package.
Repair and Replacement Process
We will complete the inspection within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the device. If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the device at no charge. If repair is not possible due to parts shortage, we will negotiate with you to replace the device with a comparable or higher-value model. The remaining warranty period for repaired or replaced devices is based on the original purchase date, up to a maximum of 12 months.
Warranty Shipping Costs
If the issue is confirmed to be a non-user-induced quality problem, we will cover the return shipping costs for the repair or replacement. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and we may offer paid repair services or return the device as-is upon request.
