Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Order cut-off time is 4:00 PM on business days; orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship from our Hong Kong warehouse to selected countries and regions worldwide. Please refer to the checkout page for available shipping destinations. If your country or region is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options for your choice:
Standard Shipping (Free)
This option is free of charge and shipped via standard courier service. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Please note that delivery to remote areas or locations affected by local customs and logistics may take longer. Tracking service is not available for this option. It is suitable for orders with less time-sensitive delivery requirements.
Express Shipping (Paid)
This option requires an additional shipping fee and is shipped via international express carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. This service provides a full tracking number, making it suitable for orders requiring faster and more reliable delivery. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination.
International Shipping Notes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and we are unable to control or predict them. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable fees.
Order Tracking
For orders placed with Express Shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number after shipment. You can track your package through the FedEx, DHL, or UPS website. Tracking service is not available for Standard Shipping orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. A valid street address is required for all orders. We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide updates on revised delivery timelines.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@oncephone.com or through the online chat on our website. For items damaged during shipping, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we may assist you with filing a claim.
