卓越成色（Excellent Condition）： 设备成色极佳，机身/外壳或屏幕上几乎没有任何划痕。

良好成色（Good Condition）： 会看到一些使用痕迹，例如手机外壳上有细小划痕，屏幕上也可能有一些细微划痕。但如果您给手机装上保护壳和屏幕保护膜，通常就不会注意到了。

一般成色（Fair Condition）： 与良好成色类似，但手机外壳上的划痕明显更多，屏幕上也可能有一些较深的划痕。同样，给手机装上保护壳可以遮盖外壳上的划痕，但即使贴上屏幕保护膜，较深的屏幕划痕可能仍然可见。

批发政策

最低订购量

我们要求每笔订单的最低订购量为 10台设备 方可享受批发价格。设备可混搭（包括不同型号、等级和产品类别的二手苹果产品），所有设备均计入总数。不要求购买相同型号。

批发价格根据订单总量计算。设备仅按件销售，不附带任何配件（充电器、数据线、耳机等）。配件可根据要求单独购买。

批发定价

批发定价采用分级结构，根据订单总数量确定——订单总量越大，单位价格越低。如需详细报价，请联系我们的批发客户服务团队。价格不包括运费、关税或其他适用税费，所有这些费用将在结账时明确列出。

产品分级

批发产品根据外观和功能状况分为以下等级：A级（无可见划痕或磨损，功能齐全）；B级（轻微使用痕迹，功能齐全）；C级（可见划痕或磨损，功能齐全）；D级/配件单元（功能不完整，仅用于零部件或维修）。每台设备都经过功能测试，并提供测试报告。

订购流程

通过 support@oncephone.com 或通过我们网站上的在线聊天联系我们，提交批发询价，说明您的要求和预计数量；获取报价——我们的批发团队将在24小时内回复详细报价和产品可用性；确认订单——一旦您确认报价，我们将为您生成批发订单；完成付款——支付订单金额；发货——订单将在付款确认后1至2个工作日内发货。

付款方式

批发订单接受银行电汇、PayPal、信用卡（Visa、Mastercard、American Express）、微信支付和支付宝。

运输和物流

批发订单通过FedEx、DHL或UPS等国际快递公司发货，并提供全程追踪服务。运费根据订单重量和目的地计算，并将在结账时显示。国际批发订单可能需要缴纳关税和进口税，这些费用由买方承担。

保修和售后支持

所有批发设备均提供 12个月保修，涵盖正常使用情况下的硬件故障。保修不包括：因用户误操作造成的损坏（跌落、液体损坏等）；未经授权的维修或改装；因使用非原装配件造成的故障；正常外观磨损（划痕、磨损、油漆磨损等）。对于保修范围内的维修或更换，我们将承担退回运费。对于非保修范围内的维修，买方需承担所有相关费用。

退货和换货

批发订单可在收到后7天内申请退回有缺陷的产品。退回的商品必须保持原始状态，未经任何维修或改装。退货前必须从客户服务处获得退货授权 (RMA)。对于非质量问题的退货，必须在收到后7天内提出申请；买方需承担退货运费，并可能需要支付补货费。
